Have lots of salt, warm salt mouth washes, don’t have extremes of hot or cold, beverages, food, just take it easy, introduce yourself, just keep your food like mash potato, gravy, quite simple and then over the next few days try some different textures. Don’t rush it, just take your time, it will feel painful it will feel tender. If after a few days you still not, its still not fitting, the bites isn’t going very well or you don’t think the bits going very well, then go back to your dentist.
